Selling digital knitting patterns.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The webshop www.woolwolfknits.com offers its customers the opportunity to purchase digital products from its webshop online.

The general terms & conditions below apply to any order placed by a visitor to this website. When placing an order through the wool wolf knits webshop, 

the customer accepts these conditions and the customer agrees to their applicability.

 Wool Wolf Knits offers 2 types of products:

Digital patterns

Limited editions / Stock sales: A few times a year I will put a limited edition of handmade items online or organize a stock sale. These products are 

available while stocks last.

Finished Products: Each product is hand crafted with quality yarn by Trine Juul Dalsgaard under the name of Wool Wolf Knits. Since these are all 

handmade items, small imperfections can always occur. All products are of course made and finished as carefully as possible.

Digital products: when purchasing knitting patterns, the consumer receives a digital file. After payment, the consumer receives a file in PDF format by e-

mail or, if the option is offered, it can be downloaded from the website.

Prices and payment

The prices on the website are stated in DDK/ EURO/ US Dollars and always include VAT. 

Wool Wolf Knits reserves the right to change the prices of products at any time.

After your order you will receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order. This also states the total amount of the purchase.

Payment on the webshop can be done via Creditcard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Paypal. If these payment options are not possible for the consumer, 

payment can always be made by bank transfer. Please contact Wool Wolf Knits via trine@woolwolfknits.com

Wool Wolf Knits always has the right to cancel or block an order if there is a problem with the payment.

LEGAL WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Digital products cannot be exchanged or returned.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Purchased patterns are for private use only and may not be reproduced, sold or shared without permission from Wool Wolf Knits. Finished end products 

based on purchased patterns are for private use only and may also not be resold without permission
